The focus of this episode was Travis leaving for college and crazy Jules freaking out about it. She started acting clingy and inappropriate and gross, but it was always funny. We actually felt worse for Travis, because we’ve only been on his side of it. It’s hard to leave school for the first time! Although we aren’t sure this counts, because he is only 20 minutes away. Laurie taught Bobby to use the computer and the internet after Travis left Bobby his old laptop. Ellie convinced a neighbor that her baby died so that he would do chores and make food for the group. Andy convinced Ellie to talk about baby Stan more, and the group pretended to shoot themselves in the head (murder-suicide) whenever she did. It was funnier than it sounds. In the end, Jules got her perfect goodbye with Travis. Funny, sweet episode with a few good laughs. Oh, and Laurie/show writers: You can’t join a sorority if you aren’t a student. They check.
