Big News!!!! Our most-anticipated new show will air on March 1

NBC is giving up on The Firm, a show we thought was just mediocre, and pulling it from its timeslot. The Firm will air on Saturdays, and they probably won't make any more of that show.

What is going in its place? Jason Isaacs' trippy crime show, Awake. Jason was Lucius Malfoy in the Harry Potter films. We've been looking forward to that show for MONTHS (since we saw the first preview). Awake will air on March 1. We are so stoked.

  1. Damn another show on Thursdays. It better do good numbers. Thursdays have been no luck for NBC...but then I don't know how anyone won't find this show amazing by the trailers. I wonder if they'll stick a trailer in the Superbowl...

    1. They may have to move it to another night to give it a chance, but for now, that's where they have the gap.

  2. I saw the preview and say "Hello TV Inception." And I like Leo better. Not sure I have time for this one in my schedule... I saw the movie and liked it. Do I need to watch a dragged out TV version?

  3. I just saw the full episode. Best pilot of the fall/midseason/both cable and broadcast/up there with the list of good pilots. Seriously, people need to watch NBC more. I don't see how people can't love their shows.

For those who don't know, the pilot is on hulu. Nice to see it's good!

    1. Ern's brother watches Avatar, but not us. That seems like something Ern would have watched if it had been on when she was in high school.

    2. Give The Legend of Korra a try. It's only 3 episodes :)
