Pretty Little Liars- Season 3, Episode 20

Hot Water- There was Ezra drama, blah blah blah, Maggie is going to be homeless, Aria didn't tell Fishy about the kiss, and Ezra fought with his mom. Ezria is still a thing. With THAT out of the way, we can talk about the good stuff, and man was there good stuff. Ashley Effing Marin ran Wilden down with a car to protect Hanna. This was a dumb decision, obviously, but it was still a little awesome.

What's more awesome is Spencer spending a hot evening with Wren and Toby (presumably) getting jealous enough to lock Spencer in the Hasting's steam room. Melissa is under suspicion again. Oh, and CeCe is afraid of Wilden and leaving town. We are upset about that. She'd better be back soon. We lurve her.

The episode ends with Spencer ready to tell her friends that Toby is working with A. We hope the show starts right there next week, rather than letting us miss their reactions. Since this post was so short, you can assume that not a lot actually happened. But what happened was so big that it felt like a lot happened.

Episode grade: B+

  1. Great episode! I also loved when Ashley mowed down the dectective. Like you said: very stupid, but so awesome! I just kind of wonder what happened to him & when is he gonna come back? Knowing this show he'll probably decide to show up @ the worst possible moment. Also, loved the Wren thing. I always really liked Toby & Spencer together, but now that is obviously over so bring on the British hottie! And, coming from a middle class chic, holy cow, that was a sweet shower! One thing that kinda bugs me about this show is the cars. How do all these high school students have these increadible cars?? When I was thier age I was driving a '94 Potiac Bonneville with no a/c. Some people affectionatly refered to it as my family car. Maybe it's just the area where this show is set? I know it's supposed to be in the East & I'm a Midwesterner...Different worlds I guess

    1. Yeah, that's just TV. My parents were doing fine when I was 16, and I still had to drive something gross. A lot of parents like to give their kids big cars, like Grand Marquiis, so that they stay safe. That's absent from this show as well.
