The entertainment blog that started because of two out-of-control television addictions. We might as well do something with it.

I finally got around to watching this week's Bunheads (thank goodness for DVR). During the first few minutes of the show I ended up laughing so madly that my husband thought I was crazy. When 'Milly' told 'Fanny' that "everything is beautiful at the ballet" I lost it. Kelly Bishop won a Tony for her role in A Chorus Line many years ago for her part as Sheila who sings a song about everything being beautiful at the ballet. I adore how the writers will put in the inside jokes!
ReplyDeleteHa! That's great. Didn't catch that
DeleteWhat's with the lack of updates/posts? What are you guys up to? :( lol (I'm not used to seeing people busy :'()
ReplyDeleteSometimes one of us gets behind on all our shows. This is what happens when BOTH of us get behind, haha. Working on it!
DeleteThat's been happening with me this season. Had to catch up on about 11 episodes on several different shows.
DeleteI think it's that while there are very good shows on right now, very few of them are having incredible seasons.
DeleteYall need to watch POI if you haven't. I said it before but idk if you guys watch it...it's more serialized than it is procedural.
DeleteWe watch it. We're just never caught up and when we posted on it, the posts weren't popular
DeleteSoooooo, are you going to watch "Under the Dome?"
ReplyDeleteyeah man
DeleteHave you considered watching Spartacus: Blood and Sand? It's really good.
ReplyDeleteEh. We're not usually Starz fans. The first episode seemed gratuitous and too much like a poor man's 300. And we didn't even love 300. We heard it got a lot better, but the pilot really turned us off.
