New Year's Resolutions

-To blog more
-To watch and review all the new midseason shows
-To stop dating guys who, when you ask what their favorite show is, reply, "I don't watch TV," as if that's going to impress us. We've decided they haven't seen TV, because if they had, they would know it's great.
-To get into Castle and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia
-To get more people to watch The Vampire Diaries (Did Ern successfully get her 19-year-old brother to watch the whole first season this week? Yes, and he has a man-crush on Stefan.)

  1. Yes! Blog morrrrrreeeee :D And yeah, it's about time you got into Castle :)

Also, Ern, your brother has good taste ;) (I have realized I'm in love with Paul Wesley lol)

  2. "If this show turns me gay, I'm gonna be pissed at you." -Ern's brother, lol.

  3. You guys got me into The Vampire Diaries. :) I'm also a guy.

Blogging more is a good thing. :)

You should tie those guys onto a chair and make them watch quality TV.

  4. I think you guys also got me into Pretty Little Liars. Pretty Little Liars makes Mondays better. Tomorrow = Switched at Birth. :D Tuesdays are going to be insane this year...

  5. You got me on Arrested Development, Game of Thrones, American Horro Story, Neww Girl, Pretty Little Liars, and coming soon, The Vampire Diaries :D

  6. I have been doing insane catch up over my break. I'm finished with catching up on Treme and Doctor Who (I think it's actually the first british TV show I've watched..I'm lame haha. I had to use subtitles since I can't hear clearly or don't understand what they are saying) I'm catching up on The Wire now. After that Six Feet Under...Battlestar Galactica, The Sopranos, Arrested Development, Friday Night Lights, Oz, The Shield, Cougar Town and Enlightened are also on the list. (Some of these I'll probably watch over the summer) (I know I know.."How can you miss all those shows" I got into TV late...used to casually watch Nickelodeon/Disney channel) Once my break is over, I'll probably be catching up on shows over the weekend. I pretty much marathon a season a day...I don't like giving myself a break...haha

  7. Though, it's probably better that I get to watch those shows now...since I'm older now, the shows would have a deeper meaning to me...if you know what I mean. :P

  8. Can't wait for PLL and the lying game!
Speaking of shows you guys got us into, you have got me into Community, Once Upon a Time, 2 Broke Girls, American Horror Story, The Killing and Homeland. Thanks a lot! :)

  9. Hahahaha, that's awesome you guys. We are always glad to be the cause of people getting into fun, recent shows.

We have GOT to watch The Wire and Doctor Who. Ern has to finish 6 feet under. Will we ever be caught up?

  10. Yeah. I felt I needed to watch The Wire or I would not feel complete. I need to also watch the other shows I mentioned.

I'll watch any show this blog recommends since I usually agree with you guys.

  11. You guys should watch Switched at Birth. I love family dramas when they are done right (I like a little bit of lightness in shows at times...I watch so many dark shows haha) Switched at Birth and Parenthood = <3

  12. One of us watches Switched at Birth, we just don't mention it too much on the blog. We'll start, though (and now is a good time, since the winter premiere was tonight).

  13. Haha! The guy who "doesn't watch TV" is always more impressed with himself than anyone is with him. What a goober.

  14. He was a "voracious reader" he said. Then he said his favorite books were Dean Koontz books.
