Could this episode look any better right about now?

Finally, a Glee character we have the potential to like for the foreseeable future! The synopsis we read for next week's episode was "Irish foreign exchange student Rory Flanagan (Damian McGinty) arrives at McKinley High and is hosted by Brittany's family."

We get to meet Brittany's family? We already knew Damian was guest starring, but Brittany + Damian equals too much cuteness. We. Can't. Wait. Also, there are rumors that Mercedes and Santana will cover Christina Aguilera's "Candyman." Inexplicably, the New Directions will sing "Last Friday Night." We really hope that's not true.... That song doesn't even rhyme.

  2. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If the writers wreck it, we will shun the show. Ok, who are we kidding. We will probably never stop watching Glee. But we won't be happy.

  3. Haha I could never stop watching Glee, even when it annoys the hell out of me. But I will absolutely be upset if they mess up Damian's stint on the show.

  4. I'm so lloking forward to seeing Damian's arc. I am/was looking forward to seeing all the Glee Project kids, but I thought Lindsey's 1st appearance was kinda lame...Hope Damian's is better!

  5. For someone who could only be in two episodes, I thought they used Lindsey well. To create a whole story about her would have wasted time and been confusing to non-Glee-Project watchers. She got a solo! Damian and Samuel should be better used, because they get more episodes. Not really looking forward to Alex.

  6. I thought Lindsey's scene was good because it felt like she was enthusiastic to do the part...like "I gotta be the next Rachel Berry and I need to change Ryan Murphy's mind." She's competitive and that's what helps :P

I'm excited to see Damian next week. I think the show needs a new character because the old characters are sort of getting boring. (or maybe it's just me) Plus, he's charming and his accent is entertaining. Let's see if they add subtitles for his accent..lol

  7. They've run out of things to do with the old characters.

  8. Yay Damian. I wish Alex didn't get two episodes. He was my least favorite out of anyone on TGP.

  9. Alex does have an amazing voice, at times, even though it's not really our taste. We kind of can't wait to hear what it sounds like perfected and recorded. It's probable that he will dress in drag and bring the house down.

As long as the writers change his personality....

  10. I'm really not looking forward to seeing Alex either. He was also my least favorite. I found him annoying. I am sorta interested to see what they do with his character, but I have a feeling he'll prob just be used as a male dive *yawn*

  11. Meh, Ryan might give him a sympathetic, emotional storyline, and then he will triumph through diva-hood and sing a song loudly.

  12. I only watched the last two episodes of the Glee Project, but this kid was the only one I liked. In fact, he was cute, a good singer, and personable. I thought the others were awful. Not just "not as good", but downright obnoxious.

I saw the preview for the next show... Yes they're singing Candyman (EXCITEMENT), and yes they're singing Last Friday Night (Lame). Hopefully they'll have another good song in there somewhere. Preferably with Idina belting out some rockin notes. :D

  13. There were some charming, talented kids early on in the competition, but Damian is the only really good one who made it all the way. (Cameron, Marissa, and Hannah were the other good ones)

  14. Boo. I guess we won't see Damian until November 1.
