Blog on Hiatus until the 15th of December- and some ANTM thoughts

Things just got real, schoolwise. So we are going to have to not be watching TV/addicted to the internet for about a week. There will be no need for you guys to come back until December 15th. Go! Live your lives! Take notes for which episodes you would like to have reviewed, and we will do them late/when we get back. Put the requests in the comments, and we will do "better late than never" posts.

America's Next Top Model broke our hearts last night by not picking Allison, but Lisa is a good second choice. We actually really like Lisa and think she deserves to be the "All Star." Allison just should have won her first season, period. Why was Angelea disqualified? The internet is saying that it's because she revealed the competition results on Facebook. Does that mean Angelea originally won? We don't know, but we think that would have been a mistake. Lisa and Allison were our top two. Allison is a strong model and a cool person, but it's an extrovert's world, especially on reality TV. We hope Allison gets some real jobs. Lisa needed this win to continue her career. We don't think Allison does, with those eyes.

Tyra knows nothing. Her ridiculous Pot Ledom, Tookie, and stupid ideas this season proved that. Our favorite never wins and usually gets runner up or top three. The fact that Tyra didn't pick Allison means that Allison is the best.

  1. Ugh, School. Always gets in the way. Anyways I'd just like a review of Community's Christmas Glee-bashing episode. I LOVED IT!

That is all. Good luck on your tests :)

  5. Doesn't it suck that we come home from school and are expected to do more work? :( I want to relax...have some fun...enjoy my life before I get any diseases. LET US ENJOY! haha

Seriously, the internet is too addicting. I need my parents to take it away from me and ground me. Make me study all night....put a camera in my bedroom to check if I'm studying. I need to focus!!!!

  6. ha. Yeah. One of us doesn't believe in homework before college. Make the kids do it in school. Don't ruin their childhoods!

  8. I would love to see more of your favorite shows on the Active/Canceled shows list if you have any more. I just like looking through sometimes and catching up on the shows I missed out on (as I usually trust your opinions) Also, I think you could add a category "What we thought about the ending?"

    For ex;
    Breaking Bad
    What It’s About:
    Who Watches It?
    What We Thinks of It:

What we think of the ending: Excellent, Horrible, Satisfying, Cliff hanger etc... (or descriptive)

    Where You Can Catch It:
    Show Grade:

  9. Ending is important, haha.

Ughhhhh that section is the bane of our lives. We have a list of like 100 shows we could add, however we never get around to it. It's a weirdly boring task. Maybe over the break, we will. Whenever we do. We'll add the ending category.

We understand. Because we watched Carnivale on dvd, and the ending ruined our lives/wrapped nothing up.

  10. Yes, endings are important. Though, tbh I would rather watch a show with a bad ending then being cancelled and ending with a cliff hanger. I just don't feel like crying over a show that ended too soon with no ending. That's the reason why I probably won't check out Terriers, Deadwood or Rome. (unless they did have an ending?) Recent shows that ended fine but were cancelled were United States of Tara and Men of a Certain Age.

  11. Rome had a satisfying ending. Deadwood satisfied some people. Terries, not so much.

  12. My vote is for reviews on the latest episode of Homeland, and maybe for a look back on the whole season of Dexter (when it's finished). I'd especially like to hear your thoughts on what you think worked/didn't work in how it has dealt with religion.
